We check medicine or food ingredients and side effects before taking it —
so why don’t we do the same with AI? Instead, we just deploy, integrate, and scale.

AI & the Human Factor: Security, Ethics, and Responsibility — by AiSalonMiami

AI amplifies information, influences decisions, and challenges both security and ethics.
It’s not about fear — it’s about responsibility.

Founders must understand what’s inside the systems they build and scale — and who is deploying them.

📋 The list of fundamentals in AI implementation and risks to avoid

There’s a growing belief that “propaganda is bad, and now AI made it uncontrollable.”
I disagree.

AI is the second Internet — there’s no black or white. It’s a mirror of human intention.

There’s a theory that every U.S. president was elected with the help of media long before AI existed.
And in 2018, Google faced a case where searching “idiot” showed Trump’s photo — years before generative AI.
It’s not the machine that distorts reality — it’s the media ecosystem behind it.

The Dead Internet Theory is gaining traction.
Marketing is propaganda — monetized, automated, and data-driven.
AI is just a tool; the real question is in whose hands.

Each of us can influence outcomes:
hire professionals with both domain and technical expertise,
do fact-checking (like Grokipedia or Wikipedia),
and talk about risks and consequences before they happen.

🎯 Advertising, manipulation, and human behavior

When we touched on advertising and how YouTube “shows what you like,” I said:

There’s a marketing joke — if you want your boyfriend to buy you a red Ferrari, Dior, Gucci, or Chanel,
just say it near your phone — targeted ads will take care of the rest.

Algorithms don’t manipulate people — they amplify behavior.
And people often want to be deceived — it confirms their worldview.

At the same time, AI helps detect cancer and predict risks.
It’s not good or bad — it’s a mirror of what we feed it.

🔐 Propaganda & Security

If I were a magician, I’d merge propaganda and secure AI usage — because both shape perception and protection.

Blind implementation is like taking medicine without reading the label.
We need to see ingredients and side effects upfront.

The myth that AI will replace marketers, salespeople, or experts is another illusion.
Founders often act only after something goes wrong — instead of designing systems responsibly.
We should be showing consequences, not waiting for them.

🔥 Top 10 Damages Caused by AI Misuse

  1. Biased data → reputational collapse
  2. Security breaches → leaked IP or client data
  3. Misaligned automation → revenue loss
  4. Fake engagement → brand dilution
  5. AI-generated content → legal risk
  6. Over-personalization → privacy backlash
  7. Algorithmic propaganda → social harm
  8. Hallucinated analytics → wrong decisions
  9. Lost customer trust → churn
  10. Employee burnout → chaotic AI ops

⚙️ No Architecture for Responsibility

Without ethics, architecture, and education, founders act only after the damage is done.
Research shows that up to 80% of AI projects will fail by 2028
because they’re implemented by people without domain expertise, certification, or business processes.

🧠 TL;DR

AI is like medicine — it saves or harms depending on who prescribes it and to whom.
It doesn’t replace experts — it amplifies what’s already there: clarity or chaos.
